Philosophy
At CC Psychotherapy, I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Services
A variety of counseling services are offered to meet the unique needs of clients, including individual therapy, couples counseling, play therapy, and family therapy. I also offer specialized services for trauma/PTSD, divorce/separation, parenting support, LGBTQIA+, and child/adolescent/young adult mental health. Licensed Independent Social Work (LICSW) supervision hours are also available.
Approach
I believe in a strength-based, client-centered approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
